the helpful staff guided us throughout our stay, providing great service. the room was well-equipped, with a balcony to appreciate the view of the lake/pool, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. the Resort offered boating, a village visit, and a pickup by boat on arrival for a unique experience.

The dinner was not as great as expected for the price.

The resort didn't offer many fun activities especially for those who are interested in activities like water sports. Although the resort offered boating, the activities weren't enough to pass the time.

Spent new year's eve in a resort with beautiful surroundings. The staff was warm and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The boating experience was breathtaking and relaxing, engulfed in lush greens. Our room was exquisite with fantastic views of the lake/pool from our balcony, adding to the overall charm and peaceful atmosphere.

We were unsatisfied with the food quality and prices. Our meals were expensive, and the quality of the dinner was subpar. We were hoping for more variety and more worth for our money.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by peaceful and serene surroundings. From my room, I had a beautiful view of the lake and pool, and the cool wind on the balcony added to the relaxation. The staff here were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to serve with a smile. The room itself was well-maintained and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like tea and coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious food and great service.
